Regulations for Guests

Villa Florens

Reservations for stays at Villa Florens are weekly, Sunday to Sunday. In low season periods, depending on availability, different arrival/departure days may be requested, however with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Check-in must be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and check-out by 10 a.m.

Any changes in arrival or departure time must be agreed with the property.

Linens are changed weekly, while extra changes, upon request, are charged.

The municipality of Cortona charges a tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night, payable up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. It does not apply for children under 12 years of age.

No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight at our facility.

Prices include

  • Overnight stay
  • Unlimited use of Wi-fi
  • Water, electricity and gas consumption for cooking
  • Bed linen and towels
  • Final cleaning
  • Heating (rate according to consumption)
  • Air conditioning (rate according to consumption)

Prices do not include

  • Additional cleaning upon request 22 euro/hour
  • Additional linen change on request

Payments and cancellations

If you cancel a reservation less than 30 days in advance, a penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation will be applied. Full payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer within 30 days of the arrival date.
